1、Actuator Design and Features

The actuator features a compact, standard design, making it easy to install on manifolds without causing space congestion. Furthermore, we’ve introduced an innovative design for manual operation. To manually adjust the actuator’s stroke, simply turn the handwheel counterclockwise to open the actuator’s stroke. Conversely, turning it clockwise will close it. This updated design offers a larger adjustment area compared to the previous model (920062PL), ensuring smoother operation.

2、Operating Voltage Range

The standard model operates at 230V. However, if you require it to function in 24V or other voltage scenarios, please inform us in advance, and we will gladly assist with custom specifications.

3、Power Efficiency & Energy Savings

The actuator consumes only 2W of power, ensuring low energy consumption while maintaining optimal functionality. Additionally, it improves signal reception and response time, further reducing energy use.

4、Load Capacity

Our actuators are designed to handle a load of 110 ± 10N, which is compatible with the typical pressure requirements for most manifolds and valves. If your valve operates under higher or lower pressure, we can customize the actuator accordingly. However, please note that higher pressure may reduce the lifespan of the thermal actuator, thus affecting overall product durability.

5、Maximum Manual Stroke

As mentioned earlier, our actuator allows for manual stroke adjustments. The maximum manual stroke is 6mm (equivalent to two full counterclockwise rotations from the closed position). However, we do not recommend fully opening it as doing so may cause excessive flow, leading to higher pressure on the system and increasing the risk of damage.

6、Adapter Size Adjustability

To accommodate different valve sizes, we offer interchangeable adapters for nearly all of our actuators, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of valve types.

7、Material – Waterproof & Fireproof

Our actuators are built with materials that meet the international IP54 standards, ensuring both waterproof and fireproof properties.

8、360° Installation

What does 360° installation mean? It means that regardless of how your manifold is installed (e.g., not horizontally or upright), our actuator can still be mounted and function perfectly without affecting its performance.
